Modification of existing equipment (renewal of idle equipment): Magnetic Flaw Detector Remodeling

We provided total support from cleaning aging stains and paint, replacement and addition of various switches, touch panels, PLC, etc., circuit design and configuration to operation adjustment.

Equipment Relocation

We relocated equipment from Ayase-city, Kanagawa prefecture to Date-county, Fukushima prefecture.
Relocation period: 12 months
Approximately 110 lines, number of equipment per line / 12 on average (completion of equipment relocation work over 25 times)
We provided total support from the disconnection of the secondary side of each equipment to dismantling, carrying out, transportation, carrying in, installation, restoration (wiring, piping, centering, leveling), carrying out, traffic guidance during transportation, and equipment cleaning.
If ordered, we can also provide total support for pulling in the primary side.

The average of 12 units per line is calculated based on the number of lines 110 from approximately 1,370 units of equipment.

Equipment Management

We perform maintenance work such as inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure the safety of our customers' field operation and to allow them to work with peace of mind.
In addition to equipment, we also handle inspections of heat treatment furnaces and repairs to buildings by qualified personnel in mechanical maintenance, electrical, crane and slinging work responsibly based on their abundant experience.
We also centrally manage and share information on unused idle equipment and spare parts in each customer's factory, and help customers choose the best method from the three phases of conversion, sale, and scrapping.
