VMI (Vender Managed Inventory)

VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) refers to a system in which we, as a vendor, supply materials and other items to customers on behalf of our suppliers.

Packing and Shipping Operations

We are responsible for shipping our customers' products to automotive parts manufacturers and packing them in preparation.
We accurately pick the target products from among many, pack them according to specifications, and ship them according to the plan.
In addition to improving safety and efficiency, we also focus on improvement activities in order to propose the best packing materials and styles, and work methods.

Supply and Transportation

We supply materials to the production line and transports the products produced between manufacturing processes.
In order for our customers to be able to produce and manufacture products efficiently, we will review and propose supply timing, transport methods (power cars and dollies), transport routes, etc., while checking the site.

Storage and Management

We are engaged in the proper storage and management of materials (parts) and products which are our customers important assets as well as related work (stocktaking, etc.). We also consider and propose suitable storage methods and layouts for warehousing work.

Container Cleaning

We clean and return containers used in manufacturing and transportation by utilizing the most appropriate method depending on the material and dirty condition.
We also clean machines with washing machines (in-house manufactured machine), wipe with waste cloth, and remove dust with air blow.
We will flexibly respond to customer needs by utilizing our accumulated experience of picking up empty containers, cleaning, storage management.
