Hitachi Astemo Business Solutions, Ltd. made a health declaration on December 1, 2019, aiming for a workplace where employees can work well both physically and mentally.

Health Declaration

Hitachi Astemo Business Solutions, Ltd. will strive to implement the following health promotion activities to create a workplace where employees can work well physically and mentally.

1. We will dispatch a "Health Declaration "inside and outside the company.
2. We will establish a health promotion system.
3. We will grasp the health issues of employees and consider necessary measures.
4. We will lay a basic foundation for the implementation of health management.
5. We will promote improvement of the mental and physical health of employees.

A company-wide walking event was held from June 21, 2021 to July 31, 2021. Using the Hitachi Health Insurance program, this was a large event with about 60 participants. It was a competition with the simple rule of counting the number of steps using a pedometer or smartphone, but it made everybody more conscious of health and exercise, with the winner having averaged over 15,000 steps per day.
