Career Support

Training, Qualification Support

We divide our training into two categories: general training required for each position (hierarchy) and functional training to strengthen expertise.
Anyone can receive training at any time, and an online training system has also been established.
In addition to our own training, you can also take training courses conducted by Hitachi Group or outside the company as needed, and we build a reliable backup system for an inexperienced person.
In addition, the company subsidizes the cost of acquiring designated professional qualifications, and provides incentives for those who pass the qualifications. We are creating an environment in which employees can actively work on acquiring qualifications.

Employee Promotion Program

Periodically, we conduct examinations to promote fixed-term contract employees to regular employees.
The exam includes written, thesis and interview, and anyone who meets certain requirements is given the opportunity to convert to a regular employee.

Return Entry Program

The return entry program is a system in which employees who leave the company due to childbirth, childcare, nursing care or the transfer of a spouse can register, and when their wishes match the needs of the company, they will be rehired or offered employment at a group company.
It has been set for the purpose of promoting support for balancing work and family life through childcare and nursing care support.

Career Support Leave (Self Redevelopment Leave, Career Development Leave)

This is a program that allows employees to make their own plans for career skills redevelopment and career development, and to take leave for the period necessary to implement those plans.
The purpose of this program is to support careers.

Career Change Program

This program allows employees to change their job groups in both a regular position and general office work, and further supports the work style of each employee according to their career plan and life stage.

About Career change program
Regular position Planning and determination of business policies and specific measures
General office work Office work, on-site work and improvement activities, and their guidance and supervision

Training for New Recruits

After the new employee training is completed, mainly specialized education training is provided as needed. As part of general training, employees are required to take training courses when their positions change, such as leader, group leader, chief, and manager. While focusing on-the-job training at each workplace, the current skills of the employee will be assessed through periodic (twice a year) interviews with superiors. There are many opportunities to supplement missing knowledge and skills through training, either at the request of the individual or on the recommendation of the workplace. In addition, there are other training programs common to all employees, which are attended several times a year.
