I want to grow with the team by trying lots of different things through field work and improvement activities.
Reason for joining company
I was attending a university in Tokyo, but I wanted to return to my hometown of Fukushima prefecture and work closely with the community. At that time, my acquaintance introduced me and was interested in automotive as well, so I applied.
Challenge on the job
I am motivated to work on further improvement activities in the field work when they appreciate me by saying "It has become easier" or "I'm glad I asked you” after listening to each worker's small concerns and opinions about what they would like to do then promoting improvement activities.
Challenge in the future
At this moment, I am still lacking a career in the field work, but I would like to study a lot and try to do lots of different things. By improving myself, I would like to become a role model and help the members of my workplace grow into a group of professionals who provide services that make customers happy by responding as a team.
Message
Most of the work in the field can be done by anyone. If you work at it with enthusiasm even if it's something small, your work will become more and more enjoyable. In the beginning something will be bothering you in unfamiliar work, but you will be able to do more and more things if you have the courage to take a step and tackle a work and the work will become more and more enjoyable and I believe that an awesome future awaits you.
