Realizing my dream of continuing to play baseball in a company baseball team, then I am willing to try to expand business by balancing work and sports.
Reason for joining company
My parents' home was not well served by public transportation, and cars were the norm for transportation. There is an industrial park near my parents' house where many automotive companies are operating, and I naturally had an interest in the automotive industry which made me to join this company. It is also my dream to be able to continue to play baseball as a company team by representing company and I wanted to work in an environment where I could balance work and sports which I believe will greatly help me improve my skills.
Challenge on the job
I feel a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment when I work together with people in the field to complete tasks in order to meet the demands of our many customers including the Astemo Group. In addition, the sales activities to expand our business have given me more opportunities to talk with many people which has helped me to improve my own communication skills.
Challenge in the future
I would like to try to expand our logistics operations. In order to receive continuous orders, I think it is necessary to gain our customers’ deep trust in us. I feel that gaining customers’ trust will lead to the expansion of our business so that they will say, "If you need anything, please contact Business Solutions.”

Our company conducts a variety of operations to provide a wide range of high-quality services. I felt that many people are involved in the completion of an automobile when I joined this company, so now I fully realize that the completion of an automobile is based on the connection with people. I think that being involved in a wide range of work and having more opportunities to connect with people and experience them is a chance for me to expand my possibilities.
