Yamanashi Site, OE products shipment

Haruka Kanemaru

After going through the employee promotion exam and maternity leave, have fulfilling day while continuing to work in a suitable job.

Reason for joining company

I started living in Yamanashi when I got married, and my husband and mother-in-law took me to a festival held at the plant No.1. Then, while talking with the site director at that time and heard about various things such as what kind of work they were doing, I got attracted by "a world I don't know" and applied for the job.

Challenge on the job

Currently, I mainly work in the field, but I often manage and organize ledgers by using a PC. In the field work, I get a good sense of accomplishment when I finish the day's shipping work, and I am so moving to me when I think the products that I have worked on will reach the customers.

Challenge in the future

I would like to improve my PC skill after mastering more field work. Currently, I can only do simple document preparation and elementary things, so I want to actively participate in remote training and raise my level.

Message

I joined the company as a contract employee and three years later I took an employee promotion exam then became a regular employee. About a year later, I took maternity leave and childcare leave for one year and currently returning to the same workplace. I'm from an ordinary business high school, but thanks to everyone around me, I'm having a very fulfilling life. It is an awesome company that everyone gets a chance to shine if they are motivated.
