Reason for joining company

I was invited to this company by a friend from high school. I had a vague longing to work with personal computers and studied hard to acquire qualifications in bookkeeping and information processing in high school. When I heard about the work from a friend, I felt like I could touch what I had been longing for so that I wanted to join this company.

Challenge on the job

Our company has a system of regularly reviewing our work performance with our superiors which gives us the opportunity to reaffirm our work and performance. When my performance is recognized, I feel more motivated. Also, one of my duties is to purchase items for the kiosk, and it gives me great pleasure when a new product sells that I have chosen to purchase.

Challenge in the future

Because of the small number of employees in the workplace, there is a wide range of things I can experience. There are opportunities for growth everywhere. I don't have any big ambitions, but I would like to continue to do my best so that I can perform each task carefully and receive as many words of appreciation as possible.

I joined this company because my high school friend invited me. I think that students have a lot to do with their studies, club activities, job hunting, etc. in the limited time they have, but I hope you will also cherish the time you spend with your friends. When you are working, your time is even more limited. In order to grow efficiently in a limited amount of time, it is necessary to gain experience anyway in a short period of time. I believe that our diverse business environment is the perfect place for this.
